The Halliday Public Library Board of Trustees will have one board position open.
Details:

 3 year consecutive term, from appointment as of July 1, 2026

 Must live in the city limits of Halliday (one term will open next summer for an out of town position)

 Must be willing to attend regular monthly meetings (the board currently meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6pm), and attend special meetings if called

 Willing to work to help ensure the providing of library services and materials as the needs of the community dictate, as well as having interest in the well-being of the library

The position will be appointed by the Halliday City Commission. If interested in this position, please submit a letter of intent, stating your name, to the Halliday Public Library Board of Trustees. Letters may be dropped off at the Library, or in the book drop located outside of the library door if after hours.

Letters of intent are due by June 8, 2026.
