The Halliday Public Library had its first day open on September 20, 2025. I still have a hard time wrapping my head around how fast that first year went.
Thanks to all of the patrons that support our little library, we have accomplished SO much in the first year. Our collections have grown so much we had to add a new bookshelf, SO many programs have been held with fun had by all, and I am looking forward to what this next year will bring.

Thank you to each and every one of you that has stopped in and supported the library the last year. This library would not be successful without your support! I hope that you will come help us celebrate during our birthday week.

Halliday Public Library turns ONE and we are celebrating all week long!
Kicking off the week:
– Monday, September 21st @ 10am: Children’s Story Time
– Wednesday, September 23rd @ 6pm: Youth & Teen Game Night, Birthday Party Style
– Thursday, September 24th @ 6pm: Adult Craft Night (PLEASE RSVP by 9/22!)

Hours for the week:
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 9am – 12pm
Tuesday, Thursday 10am – 6pm
